We provide primary care as an employee benefit to several local employers, along with pre-employment physicals and drug screens, fit-for-duty exams, and OSHA asbestos abatement exams with pulmonary function testing. DOT physicals are coming soon. Contact us for group rates and more information.

Direct primary care is a membership approach to healthcare. You pay a flat monthly fee for primary care and work directly with your provider. Essential Health does not bill insurance.
We do not bill insurance for membership or care in our practice. You can join whether or not you have insurance. Your membership is for primary care; it is not health insurance and does not cover hospital or specialist care.
Yes. We care for children and adults. Our family membership is $225 per month for up to two adults and two legal dependants age 26 or younger. Additional dependants are $25 each per month.
Some labs, medications, vaccinations, and procedures have additional costs. View the additional service prices or call us to discuss your care.
